Krista's passion for the next generation is an extension of her background as a middle school teacher. She studied English and Psychology at the University of Kansas, and earned her Masters in Education at Rockhurst University. Krista dreams of a world where kids can be kids a little longer, so that when they are adults and facing giants of their own, they can refer back to the years they spent looking up—not down—for answers. She loves encouraging and local communities to link arms for the good of our kids—our future leaders. She lives in the Kansas City area with her husband Scott, and their four children.

Tracy has spent 15 years doing strategy consulting for some of the world's leading organizations. On one particular assignment, for the world's largest toy company, she was captivated by the power of play in children's emotional, social, and cognitive development. This became a landmark that has inspired her approach towards parenting and the way that she looks at the world, especially in light our growing dependence on devices. A graduate of Northwestern, she lives in the Kansas City area with her husband Jeremy, and two children.
