Krista's passion for the next generation is an extension of her background as a middle school teacher. She studied English and Psychology at the University of Kansas, and earned her Masters in Education at Rockhurst University. Krista dreams of a world where kids can be kids a little longer, so that when they are adults and facing giants of their own, they can refer back to the years they spent looking up—not down—for answers. She loves encouraging and local communities to link arms for the good of our kids—our future leaders. She lives in the Kansas City area with her husband Scott, and their four children.

Tracy has spent 15 years as a management consultant, developing growth strategies for some of the world’s leading organizations. She is currently on an extended leave of absence from her role as Associate Director at FSG, a mission-driven consulting firm supporting leaders in creating large-scale, lasting social change. She has helped foundations, businesses, nonprofits and government agencies working around the world accelerate progress through strategy, program design, performance measurement, and operational improvement. On one particular project, for one of the world's largest toy companies, she was captivated by the power of play in children's emotional, social, and cognitive development. This deeply influenced her passion for rethinking cultural norms around technology. A graduate of Northwestern University, summa cum laude, she lives in the Kansas City area with her husband and two children.
